Beyond Blue sought expert advisory to transcend silos.
With over 300k support instances, over 750k visits to online peer-support forums, and over 12M page views on its website, Beyond Blue is a giant in mental health support, education and advocacy. But 20 years of technological development left room for systems improvement.
So Trideca consulted to roadmap the opportunities.
Trideca undertook a strategic review of Beyond Blue’s enterprise architecture, working with organisational leaders in workshops and conducting independent systems review of technology, digital and data across the organisation. Current state analysis also took in systems documentation, platforms, and operational maturity.
And made recommendations across strategy, tech, governance and operations.
Overall 39 recommendations were made, focusing on opportunities to improve integration and performance across management divisions, how to prioritise resources, and the foregrounding of architectural thought in a comprehensive roadmap to reduce risk and drive innovation.
